We are excited to announce that the upcoming ASNM 2023 Annual Meeting will be held in Dallas, TX! Join fellow IONM colleagues and ASNM members in-person from May 19th-21st at the beautiful and classic Adolphus Hotel to expand your IONM knowledge and professional network.
The conference offers dual tracks for all levels of IONM experience and expertise, debates between experts, lightning round discussions, poster presentations, high-level plenary session speakers, a reception, exhibit hall and diverse opportunities to expand your knowledge and professional contacts. The Adolphus hotel is located in the heart of the Dallas Downtown Historic District. The Adolphus has a great page on their website that has plenty of activities for you to do on your down time with family and friends!

This May we will be in Dallas, Texas at the Adolphus hotel near downtown Dallas! Last year in Clearwater we have an amazing turnout for our first year back since COVID-19. We hope to have the same turnout this year and more since we will be more centralized!
Exhibit Hall Layout
The exhibit hall will be in The Century Ballroom, please see the below map. As you can see the main session room and the exhibit all will be located in the same hall for easy access to both rooms. This space is a lot larger than last year so we will be able to have a better flow of attendees, breakfasts, breaks, and the reception.

The deadline for posters was March 1! We will be reaching out to all of those who submitted as they will receive a $50 discount on their registration for submitting a poster. Once we have all the posters reviewed we will begin to add all the posters to this page.
CME & CEU Offered at the Annual Meeting
The ASNM will be offering the below breakdown of ASNM CEU’s and AMA PRA Category 1 CME. “ASNM CEU’s are ABRET recognized for CNIM CEUs toward exam eligibility and recertification.”
Friday: 6.5 hours worth of CEU and CME (Dual tracks, each track will offer 6.5 hours)
Saturday: 7.25 hours worth of CEU and CME (Dual tracks, each track will offer 7.25 hours)
Sunday: 4.25 hours worth of CEU and CME
Total 1 person can receive: 18 CEU’s and 18 CME
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of Interstate Postgraduate Medical Association (IPMA) and the American Society of Neurophysiological Monitoring(ASNM).
