E-Poster Submission Guidelines

On behalf of the 2023 Annual meeting’s organizational committee, we would like to invite you to submit research posters for our Annual ASNM meeting to be held May 19-21, 2023 at the Adolphus Hotel in Dallas, TX.

Please follow the instructions below for accurate submission:

Submission Deadline

All posters must be submitted by Wednesday, March 1, 2023, no later than 11:59 p.m. CST. Posters received after the deadline will not be considered.

General Submission Guidelines

Research Study Abstract Body

  • Limit is 500 words
  • Can insert up to 4 figures/tables)
  • Must have these 4 headings
  1. BACKGROUND
  2. METHODS
  3. RESULTS
  4. CONCLUSION

Case Example Abstract Body

Title must have planned procedure or procedure type in title

  • Limit is 500 words
  • Can insert up to 4 figures/tables)
  • Must have these 4 headings
  1. Background
  2. Relevant patient history including diagnosis and symptoms
  3. Modality and anesthetic plan
  4. Baseline signals
  5. Monitoring course and closing data
  6. Outcome and summary

No Abstracts will be accepted with any PHI.

Disclosure Information

All authors with accepted posters will be required to sign a conflict of interest and FDA disclosures form.

Poster Review and Discount

The scientific committee will review all submissions and notify only authors with accepted posters by Friday, April 14th, 2023. Presenting authors with accepted posters will get a $50 discount for registration.

THE DETAILS
Final Deadline for submission
March 1, 2023  

Awards will be given for the three best interesting e-posters.  

Scientific/Research posters will be judged separately from the case submissions. The presenters best basic science poster and best clinical research poster will each be recognized with a certificate and prize.
