ASNM membership benefits & Rates

ASNM members represent a wide variety of professions – from intraoperative monitoring professionals, audiologists, neurophysiologists, neurosurgeons, and neurologists, orthopedists, ENT surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, to other professionals involved in interventional intraoperative neuromonitoring.

Whether you’re a veteran in the field, a recent graduate, or still in school, we have the membership to connect you with the IONM field.  With almost 1,000 members from around the world, ASNM offers education, informative blogs and continuing medical education credits to keep you up-to-date with IONM news and progress.

Membership Rates

  • $185 for individual members
  • $50 for student members
  • For each group of 5 members the group rate is $750. Each additional member is $160 outside of the 5 member increment.

Example:
5 members = $750
6 members = $750 + $160= $910
10 Members = $1500
11 Members = $1500 + $160 = $1660

Membership dues are annual and based on the calendar year (January 1 – December 31) and are not-refundable. Renewal notices are sent in November for the next year. Membership rates CANNOT be prorated.

Full Membership

Applicants are asked to:

  1. Join online
  2. Submit payment for first year dues. Dues are annual, based on a calendar year.

Student Membership

Student applicants are asked to:

  1. Join online 
  2. Submit a copy of their current curriculum vitae/resume along with payment for first year dues. CVs/resumes can be uploaded during your online application process or sent to the ASNM Office.
  3. Submit a letter from your program director, on school letterhead, stating that you are a full time student in good standing. Student members must be from an institute accredited by the US Department of Education. Please send the letter to the ASNM Office.

Group Membership

Applicants are asked to:

  1. Join online 
  2. Submit payment for first year dues. Dues are annual, based on a calendar year.

Dues are annual, based on a calendar year (January 1 – December 31). Each ASNM member application will go through an approval process by the Membership Committee. This approval process takes up to five (5) business days. Approved members will be notified via email. Incomplete applications will not be submitted for approval.
